Experience Behind RollPol

RollPol is supported by a trusted network of experienced subcontractors and skilled tradespeople. This allows us to build the right crew for each project, from residential repaints to larger commercial, strata, hospitality, and new-construction work, while maintaining consistent standards for quality, workmanship, and reliability.

Michal has worked in the painting industry in British Columbia since 2013 and founded RollPol Professional Painting Services in 2019. He has personally painted more than 1,700 apartments and condos across residential, commercial, hotel, strata, and new-construction projects.

He has also completed the UBC Sauder Strata Management Licensing Course and passed the licensing exam. He is currently completing the BCFSA Strata Management Applied Practice Course as part of the process toward becoming licensed in strata management. This education provides him with a strong understanding of how strata corporations operate, including maintenance responsibilities, council processes, and property management requirements.

Our Team

José Porras is RollPol’s trusted Lead Painter and a key part of our team. Michal and José have known and worked alongside each other for more than a decade, building a working relationship based on trust, reliability, and consistently high standards.

José is especially recognized for his exceptional trim work. Throughout his career, he has painted more than 10,000 pieces of trim, developing the precision and attention to detail required for baseboards, casings, doors, frames, and detailed finishing.

Michal relies on José heavily on important projects—not only because of the quality of his work, but because of his dependability, experience, and ability to help maintain RollPol’s standards across the job site.
